When and where is the Montana Outdoor Expo 2027?
The Montana Outdoor Expo 2027 takes place April 2–4, 2027 at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds in Helena, Montana. Three full days of hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, vehicles, conservation, and outdoor education.
Who attends the Expo?
The Expo draws hunters, anglers, campers, families, outdoor gear enthusiasts, recreational riders, outfitters, and industry professionals from across Montana and the region. In 2026 we welcomed more than 4,100 attendees and we're targeting 6,500+ in 2027.
What sponsorship tiers are available?
Alongside our Title Sponsor, we offer two sponsorship tiers: Oro Sponsor ($5,000, limited to 3 spots) and Plata Sponsor ($2,500, limited to 5 spots). The sponsorship commitment deadline is January 31, 2027. Contact Will Israel or Jessica Willcut to secure your spot.
What is included in a booth space?
Oro Sponsors receive an optional 20'×10' double booth if staffed all 3 days. Plata Sponsors receive an optional 10'×10' standard booth if staffed all 3 days. All sponsors receive logo placement on event materials, the Expo website, and social media recognition.
What is Big Hearts Under the Big Sky?
Big Hearts Under the Big Sky provides premium outdoor experiences with MOGA member outfitters at no cost to military heroes, first responders, and children facing life-threatening illnesses, along with their entire families. You can support their work at bigheartsmt.org.
What is the Expo raffle?
The raffle is one of the most popular features of the Expo and the highlight is our 2027 Chevrolet Colorado truck drawing on April 4. Sponsors and exhibitors can also contribute items to the general raffle. It's a great way to get your products and brand in front of the crowd.
